Clasical Foundations of Painting: Composition, Value, Color.

When beginning a painting, whether it is a portrait of your granddaughter or the Mona Lisa, an artist must consider three critical issues: Composition, Value and Color. With these three foundational principles every student will elevate their art to the next level. We will work in both acrylic and oil on canvas on a painting of your choice.
