This compelling course explores the lived experiences of Holocaust survivors — stories of unimaginable loss, unbreakable resilience, and the moral strength to rebuild. Through firsthand testimonies, memoirs, and historical context, we uncover not only what happened, but how it still shapes our world today.
Each session highlights a different survivor's story, drawing out the deeply human values of courage, dignity, and faith. These are not distant memories — the lessons are tangible and urgently relevant. As antisemitism rises, genocide continues, and hatred grows louder, we confront the chilling reality that "Never Again" is happening — in our headlines, our communities, and even within ourselves.
This course is both a tribute and a call to action. Through the voices of those who endured the darkest chapter of human history, we learn what it means to stand up, speak out, and never stay silent.
Moderator: Sarah Kassin · Guitarist: Danielle Tawil. Nine weekly sessions.
